Anderson seemed very aware of the danger in Rampage's hands, so he kicked the living hell out of Rampage. It wasn't until Rampage was already pretty beaten up that Anderson starting padding his punch stats, but before that he had way more kicks than punches. Rampage tried to power through, and showed some good toughness, but he had no answers for the kick-range Anderson created.
