That's what I thought but wasn't sure if you were using the left to pull the right up or using the right to push up the left. Either way it looks like it's going smoothly.

I use the my right arm to push my left because it is still a little weak so my right arm pushes it past where I can usually lift if by itself. That helps break up the scar tissue which will help me get my full motion back.

I haven’t updated this in a while.
I’m done with physio now, shoulder still doesn’t have full rotation back but it’s almost there and the surgeon said it’ll come back with time.
Also, I started going to the gym to get my strength back. Surgeon said my strength is very good from where it started post surgery.
I also decided to lose weight while going to the gym and have gone from 210 lbs down to 188 as of today. Goal is 155 or however low I have to go for a resting six pack.

I said it was MY resting six-pack... lol Just be careful with the weight loss. Find the weight that's comfortable for you... I wouldn't worry about a six-pick TBH. I lost 60lbs. from 240 in 2-3 months once, and I found it was too much. Not just the quick loss, but 180lbs. at 6'2 just wasn't comfortable either. I found I'm most comfortable at between 195-210lbs. for my height.

I should be in the 150s but I do have a large muscle mass so I should weigh a bit more than the average person at my height. I’m 5’7 so being anything more than 160 is too heavy.

I'm 5'11 and I have weight loss problems, so it's always a big deal for me to gain weight I struggled to stay 180 in my Senior year of high school, but since I graduated I'm up to 205, and I feel great. I feel a little bit chubbier now without sports to keep me in shape, so I need to just hit the gym a bit.

Ok, find out what you can do. lol I was nearly a roller hockey pro and a pro wrestler after my knee surgery; Took a long time to get there too, but I did it. I'm still good at beer league at my age, but for you... at 5'7, fuck 155... 170-180 should be right IMO.

Still overweight at that, trying to cut right now and then I’ll build up my muscle mass again.
