I'm 5'11 and I have weight loss problems, so it's always a big deal for me to gain weight I struggled to stay 180 in my Senior year of high school, but since I graduated I'm up to 205, and I feel great. I feel a little bit chubbier now without sports to keep me in shape, so I need to just hit the gym a bit. Honestly, you can go to the gym for 45 mins tops and get a solid workout. Yeah my arms are toned from work, and my fat tends to go right to my thighs, so I have beefy legs and my stomach is kinda getting bigger, but I wanna turn it into muscle and stay around 190. I felt good at that weight. I was sitting at 165-170 and then I got sick and dropped to 140 in like a week, and I couldnt put on weight and my doctors were worried. Girls at my school were saying how lucky I was, and I wanted to die haha

I haven’t updated this in a while. I’m done with physio now, shoulder still doesn’t have full rotation back but it’s almost there and the surgeon said it’ll come back with time. Also, I started going to the gym to get my strength back. Surgeon said my strength is very good from where it started post surgery. I also decided to lose weight while going to the gym and have gone from 210 lbs down to 188 as of today. Goal is 155 or however low I have to go for a resting six pack. Since this post I've gone down another 5 pounds (lost 2 pounds while in Cuba somehow). I'm exactly 8 pounds away from the lightest I was since grade 10.

Is that a good thing? Like, are you intentionally monitoring your weight or is it just a byproduct of the shoulder injury?
And how is the shoulder mobility now?

Shoulder is completely done, I had my last check up earlier last month. Mobility is almost back to normal, doctor said the last bit of range will come back with time.
Now I'm intentionally losing weight. Trying to get down to 155. I've been on the bigger side for most of my life so now I want to change that up and get into the best shape, that way my body can handle injuries better as well.

I never realized how much I lost until I saw pictures side by side. First one is 2 weeks post op, 210 lbs. Second one is 8.5 months post op, 178 lbs. Attachments:

Good work. But I can't tell its you without the orange shirt, so I suspect its a fake, photoshop, or body double.

So I started a new challenge two days ago. 100 pushups and situps every day for 30 days (3000 of each in total).
Lots of pain haha
