I suggest people like me who constantly donate our teams as soon as they get good should be excempt from fid since we are spending our points making people good and then suddenly aguilar loses a few fights to the top 10 fighters and she is in FiD when half the guys I been working on are donated to new teams. doesn't seem fair really so might be time to fix that up, what do we say??

Well, there are warning levels... it's not like they're immediately cut. You do have opportunity to work on them.
Then again, there was a time we had suspended it too. With number of teams we have again now, perhaps it's not needed at all again. That all depends on whether or not Sandman sees a need or a use for it or not still.
It's definitely a debate, for sure. 👍

I dunno mayb? Umade decison to donat so? You guys realize the reason we do everything possible to encourage donations is to avoid expansion-draft style team building, right? It's because of teams like Byron (and Rocketmen and others) that you guys have not had to submit a list of like, 5 protected fighters then have the rest of your team picked apart by new teams. That is technically how things are supposed to work, we have just avoided it for this long because of donations. So yes, Byron, your suggestion will be taken under advisement and whether something is codified in the rules or not, exceptions can be made under extenuating circumstances. You'll be taken care of. |

True. That's the other side of it. Though, even when I had guys before like Lesnar, Sylvia, Cruz, etc., I always had my protected list of fighters in mind just in case we had a new team that elected to go the expansion draft route.
I still kind of think that's the way it should be done, as opposed to donations, but, either way, it does put donators in a weird position if a team dissolves somehow.
