The rule is technically still in effect. The purpose if it is fighters take time to create and some fuckers draft 4 people then get bored of them as soon as they lose their first fight.
However, in this case, because I want to bring league numbers down a sliver, I'll allow this. But it's an exception rather than "now we no longer have the rule" type thing.
