Anderson Silva defends the Middleweight title!
This was a really good fight that I don't think will even kind of read as such. Wrestlers are Anderson's kryptonite, just like IRL and Yoel was having his way with ANderson many, many times int he first 3 rounds. He was winning on damage (by some) and winning on control (by a lot), and ANderson was unable to get the stand-up offence going he needed. Then in round for, he absolutely cracked Yoel with something (standing), and that changed everything. Yoel did not recover, and basically got beat inside that one round. Such a cool matchup, just taking place all over Anderson's weaknesses. And so great seeing Yoel actually fight to his strengths effectively. I dug this.
