Sometimes in the past, we have done a randomized card. What this actually means is, when I make the card, I make the left side of the card, but no one (including me) knows who those fighters' opponents will be - they are chosen by the sim program itself (in the appropriate weightclass, etc). When we do this, the posted card looks like this: Middleweight Bout
Israel Adesanya (3-2) vs. ???
Middleweight Bout
Alexander Gustafsson (38-40) vs. ???
Middleweight Bout
Chael Sonnen (34-52) vs. ???
Middleweight Bout
Chris Weidman (16-26) vs. ??? I find these sort of exciting, because mystery is exciting. Pros:- Some unfathomable matchups and perhaps upsets - Fights we have never seen before - Unpredictable - mysterious - exciting Cons:- possible mismatches (maybe leading to possible injuries) - number of fights per fighter per team may become more imbalanced - inability to prepare or upgrade for an opponent - fighter may have just fought, or may fight again on next card |

I like it. I like the survivor series. I like things that mix it up throughout the season.

yeah I think I like em and prefer to mix it up like rockets said but its not the end of the world if we skip them once in a while

what were the results? are we doin this? if so when? 8-3 in favour. Probably 496, maybe 497. Sitting down with the details soon and will get a card up really soon. Things slowed down now because we're at the point of the season where match-making is several-cards-at-once now until the end of the season. |

everyone should have a fight. I do try to give every team a fight, but you have to keep in mind, the season is about balancing fights per season. We're at the point of the season now where priority goes to people who have 1 or 2 fights. Not giving someone a 4th fight just because their team has no fighters on the card. |

everyone should have a fight. I did this. The card is very large as a result, but every team as 1 mystery opponent fight. Austin was almost an exception. |

actually i had 5... and its the most fights ive had all season. im not complaining about how many fights im getting... was just explaining why i had 5 fights on last card. |
