So for reasons unknown every once in a while the worst thing I’ve ever seen in MMA will play in my head- it’s not the grossest, the worst result or injury, but for me it’s the worst.

Broken limbs are bad, but I think the groin strikes that make people throw-up or cry are the worst for me. One just happened last night in Bellator. Then a year or two ago there was one in OneFC or something like that. Just next-level brutal to watch to watch grown men writhe around on the ground in pain and tears.
