I figure this would be best applied to the manager's division, but the idea is at least out there since it isn't as frequent:
I thought it would be neat to discuss some real life MMA events, and any important MMA event, whether it be UFC or Strikeforce, we post the card and we make predictions. Same rules apply, but this time you win a stat point for your manager, since you are predicting and debating with your fellow managers.
Anyways, I think this would be some fun discussions, we could post the trailers on here and talk about the cards and argue about who is better in real life.
Not only could you win an improvement point for your manager, but you would also be able to gain more post-counts to eventually get another stat point for your fight team.
