It was clear that Carter as trying something different. The damage caused by Cannon was low and Carter tried to throw some kicks and some takedowns, but nothing stuck. Over time, this will improve but for the most part, in terms of technical attempts, I'd say that's a decent fight for Carter despite the loss.
