Did you know there was a Heart attribute?
I didn't because apparently when given a longish list of items I completely ignore any that I don't know the meaning of.
So what do you think adding points into "heart" would do?
Maybe that's what my gals are missing.

I really have no idea what heart does but I've contemplated putting attributes into it and giving one to the Lion.

I knew there was a heart attribute but have no idea what it does. I would have thought Heart controlled KO Resistance, but we have a separate attribute for that. My new theory (i have lots of them all the time and they are not that often correct) is that PERHAPS heart has something to do with a fighters between round recovery. But I have no basis for that belief.
I will test it on that magic day in the future "when I have time" and let everyone know the results. Til then, I am in the same head-scratching pool as the rest of you on this one.

I would assume it would have to do with between round recovery like Justin said. Makes sense as the fighter would "fight through pain" I guess?

it does make sense. might not be between rounds, might be how a fighter reacts when the receive the big hits- like damage is a strength, conditioning, ect stat, but heart determines how likely a fighter is to throw something back and how quickly?

I was thinking is was a stat to prevent tapping out when someone has a submission locked in.

I was thinking is was a stat to prevent tapping out when someone has a submission locked in. I would have thought something along those lines as well (with KO resist) had there not been a separate submission defense stat.

just simmed a few test fights with my 2 Dummy Fighters. Heart is NOT related to between round recovery. It appears to give a tiny increase in health and stamina. Unsure what else was affected. But when all other stats were even, the guy with more heart won every time (3 of 3 times)...

To me, it would appear that heart would have to do with the fighters determination and drive. Just as an example, (not that it pertains to ManMMA but to real MMA) how Gina Carano was always accused of having no heart, hardly training for fights and her heart wasn't in the sport, etc. As she acted as if it was a hobby not her career, type of thing. Which, as it turns out, ended up being the case, but that's what the heart attribute means to me here in ManMMA anyways.

Interesting Sandman... so in a really close fight, Heart might be a winning attribute.
