It’s a good thing there was a finish here, because this could have been a messy decision. LaRosa was definitely winning in terms of damage done, but it never seemed to affect Rin. Like...LaRosa was doing the damage and before it could set in, Rin had recovered from it. The whole fight. So by the end (just prior to the sub), the damage dished out by each fighter was very spread apart, but the health bars were about the same. Then Tara locked in the sub and submitted Nakai, and that was that.

It’s a good thing there was a finish here, because this could have been a messy decision. LaRosa was definitely winning in terms of damage done, but it never seemed to affect Rin. Like...LaRosa was doing the damage and before it could set in, Rin had recovered from it. The whole fight. So by the end (just prior to the sub), the damage dished out by each fighter was very spread apart, but the health bars were about the same. Then Tara locked in the sub and submitted Nakai, and that was that.
