The terms of this special challenge are as follows:
- If Rousey wins all 6 fights, Phoenix must permanently release one of his fighters. The fighter may not be bought back at any time, and no compensation is provided.
- If Any ONE of Phoenix's fighters beat Rousey, Cannon loses Dan Henderson to Phoenix without compensation.
- The order of the fights was set by Phoenix.
