What a great fight. Complete clash of styles made a very exciting fight here. Machida used frequent, diverse attacks to wear Kimbo down. Kimbo used hard, constant punching to crack Machida HARD. So while Machida landed more attacks, Kimbo's did more damage in bursts when they landed. Dead even fight regardless, up until the very end. Kimbo had better between round recoveries, but Machida was able to avoid his attacks long enough to level out the health differential before eventually getting clocked again by Kimbo. Good fight. I like.
Also, with the way these two were fighting, I didn't really think a sub was in the cards, so that was an interesting finish too.

What a great fight. Complete clash of styles made a very exciting fight here. Machida used frequent, diverse attacks to wear Kimbo down. Kimbo used hard, constant punching to crack Machida HARD. So while Machida landed more attacks, Kimbo's did more damage in bursts when they landed. Dead even fight regardless, up until the very end. Kimbo had better between round recoveries, but Machida was able to avoid his attacks long enough to level out the health differential before eventually getting clocked again by Kimbo. Good fight. I like.
Also, with the way these two were fighting, I didn't really think a sub was in the cards, so that was an interesting finish too.
