What barnyard animal makes you the most uncomfortable? An evil chicken or goose? I am pretty accustomed to barnyard animals and feel decently confident with my ability to interact safely. That is until I horseback rode at this farm with two alpacas that guarded the herd of horses. Every time you wanted to go get your horse the alpacas 'challenged' you. These particular alpacas were actually friendly. So friendly some idiot had taught them to take carrots from the humans mouth into their own. So first, they perk up their ears and start trotting your way snaking thier heads and looking mean, then they want to put thier face right at your mouth, but you're still not sure they've decided you're not a threat and they won't kill you. Now, I knew nothing about alpacas or how they fought (I know how a horse would attack me if was crazy enough to, same goes for cows ect). So I looked it up on you tube- www.youtube.com/watch?v=z2xpGcyBnnYSomehow I never want to fight with one of these buggers.

LOL Yah, they're pretty mean. I know I wouldn't want a run in with them... having a bull charge at me on my Grandfather's farm in Alberta when I was 9 or 10 was enough for me thanks. ??? I got out of the way in the nick of time and he smashed through the wooden gate behind me. Luckily it was out into the pasture and not into the barnyard. Thankfully he just kept running out into the pasture once he realized he was out and didn't come back for 2nds or 3rds.

No Sandman, the chick-a-dee is not a barnyard animal. Also that no one fears pigs makes me think they need to read up on Robert Picton. To be clear, a pig will happily eat you. NO remorse.

Robert Pickton is Canada's most recent and notorious serial killer. Targeted sex trade workers on the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver; killed them then fed them to his pigs to try and hide the evidence. Scary shit... literally... ???

I'd also point out they found steaks in the freezer that had human DNA inside the meat.
