I am hoping Ramrod can get a team to me before the sim, but if he can't I'll pick his entrants. I'll probably toss in his most in-danger "Fighters in Danger", providing a balance of fairness ("punishment" for not providing a list" but also something useful (because fighters in danger who win come off the Danger list).
For those inevitably bitching about "why not just let the next best team into the GP who submitted a list", the answer is because that would require a whole GP restructuring, and would cost a lot of time that I do not have this season. Plus, the next-best team that submitted a list to me indicated they don't care so much about the Grand Prix, so...yeah. Not worth the effort, to be honest.

Also, for those asking "why post an incomplete card; how can we predict on that?"
- The answer is for those participating - so THOSE people can upgrade if they need to, and plan for their matchups.
