I think everyone has a VHS or tow they can't seem to get rid of. It's nice to know we're not alone.

That's because you're boring. Do you collect boring? I think you'd be good at that.

If you collect nothing, how can your collection ever be complete? Where do you find the nothing to collect? Is it like The Neverending Story, where The Nothing just fully engulfs everything? Then you know you have collected it all? Is that it?

It's endlessly complete and incomplete, like Schrodinger's cat.

Wait, this is the VHS thread. I actually wanted to talk VHS in this thread. We will bullshit talk in other threads, but lets keep this one on track. Another noteworthy VHS I bought was Twister. It was my first ever brand new blind buy. Several years after, I blind bought a lot of stuff, used of course, but our Hock Shop used to have Twonie Tuesday on VHS. Used to go there religiously weekly and get stuff weekly. Donno if I ever got around to watching all those I don't think I did.

lol I remember when I got the movie Orgasmo on VHS and laughed hard, and my dad came downstairs while I was watching it with a bunch of friends, got pissed off, and literally crushed the VHS tape in a vise in his workshop room. I was pissed. He did something similar when I was ten and bought Dennis Leary's comedy tape. He listened to like three minutes of it in the car, got upset I was listening to it, and proceeded to driving over it with the car.
All those things are awful for me to experience, but I watched the first three Nightmare on Elm Street flicks by age 8 lol

JERK! One of the last things I did VHS-wise was go to hock shops, good wills etc. and collect the Nightmare on Elm St. collection. it was fun.

That's badass. I just got Steph to see that recently (the first one) and every ten minutes she kept looking at me saying "7? What the fuck?" As in, the age I watched it. It still freaked her out. Though we also just watched Jaws and she lost her mind.

Damnit, that's another VHS thing. I used to have the VHS Wrestlemania Collection (1-13) in a nice box set. This would be before they started "WWF-censoring" Wrestlemnias, remember, so those VHS were fly yo, so I was keeping them. Well, at a yard sale, I was selling some older WWF VHS tapes, but I was not there. The girlfriend was asked if we had any other WWF VHS and she grabbed my box set out of storage and sold it. Pain.
