I refused this on the phone with you as I will be refusing this now for the simple reason that I don't think nor do I believe Carano has to or needs to drop the title to have a non-title fight due to a, not so well thought out, rule that was implemented without any league input or feedbac regarding said rule implementation.

My feeling is that if any other champion can have a non-title fight, Carano should be no different. If I agreed to this fight under the current stipulation proposed that would, in turn, mean I agree with the new challenge rule implemented, and I simply do not. I'd be happy to take a fight against Carano with D'Alelio, but on principle, I can't agree to the fight under these circumstances and compromise my own personal integrity, no matter how much I want this fight cuz this isn't about me.

No. I stated pretty clearly that I'll take a non-title fight vs. Carano. I just don't think she should have to drop the title to do it. That part of it is bullshit, much like the new challenge rule addition.

No ones making excuses for anything here but you bro. It doesn't really matter how long ago you "mass-PMed" everyone, the fact still remains it wasn't even proposed as an option to the league, explained properly, nor was it put to a poll, as you've often told me we needed league consensus for rule changes, etc. and that was always "what's best for the league". So using the excuse "I mass-PMed everyone 2 weeks ago" really doesn't hold any water here.

There was no poll because no change was made. All that happened was the Challenge board was created to make challenging members easier. We always had challenges, just not a board. I posted guidelines so people knew what they could do - the same guidelines we have always had.

Furthermore, there is a league poll RE: this Ultimate Challenge, and whether it is best for the league. Go vote in that, before you do that thing where you ignore it until its closed and then have a problem with it 2 weeks after it's been voted on and finalized.
