Maybe if you didn't keep starting fights once they are finished you wouldn't have a problem. I try to stay out of this nonsense but this has been going on for way to long. Me and I'm pretty sure mostly every other member are sick and tired of you complaining 24/7. The post count was a suggestion that has now been solved so stop bringing it up. Rocketman and Cannon don't go out of their way to "troll" you, they do it because you keep bringing them up in conversations. Maybe if you could just shut up every once and a while you wouldn't be in every fucking argument on this site. I'm done listening to your bullshit and your complaining. Try reasoning instead of fighting and screaming every time your name is brought up into an argument. Jesus Christ dude I'm 16 years old and I'm more mature than you. How about you learn some manners and just shut up for once in your fucking life. So you've decided to buy into their bullshit too eh? That's pretty sad man. :-/ You're new here, so I won't blame you, but I've tried reasoning... and it just gets shot down, even when it's the truth. I've tried "letting it roll off my back" and I've tried "ignoring it", but it just continues on and on when I do nothing, but when I fight back, somehow I started it?! Really? Are you serious? Now I'm getting accused of bullying when I'm the one being bullied... how fucked up is that? I'm not buying into anybody's bullshit. I'm getting annoyed from what you keep on complaining about. I never accused you of bullying either.

No one is bullying anyone. We are trying to have a civil discussion about posts and points. The subject keeps taking turns away from points and posts and towards members who allegedly did something to other members. We all know that is not the point here at all, so lets stay on task. Posts and points. Rocketman and I have taken a step up and are now at 100 posts/point each once he hits 7,000 and I hit 800

We will move up if the request is that we move up. If the request is that we move up in the event that a member breaches the 10 posts per day avg. then I will accept that as well. If this is evaluated monthly to see where everyone sits on whether a member should be placed on or removed from the 100 posts per point, I find that also fair, as some may be more active from one month to another.
I would offer that the same tactic could be used for those on a 25 posts per point vs. 50 posts per point, in the area of the following, once again, evaluated monthly to adjust for inflation:
25 posts per point = 2.99 or lower posts per day avg. 50 posts per point = 3.0 to 9.99 posts per day avg. 100 posts per point = 10.01 and higher posts per day avg.
Thoughts?

I think this works well in not punishing people for anything, giving people a chance to catch up A LITTLE (but not unfairly so). I think we should try this for a bit, maybe a season, see how it pans out in practice, and maybe re-evaluate next season. Thoughts?

I get confused where you tell others to fuck themselves, belittle their opinions and scream at them as to how that makes them (or me, in this instance) a bully. I respond to them belittling my opinions in the first place. You belittle me, then belittling you is fair game... If you treat me with respect, I treat you with respect. Case in point, Ferocity and I have different opinions on a great many things, but you've never seen an argument between the two of us, have you? Why do you think that is? To save you the suspense, it's not cuz she's female; if she threw down, I'd be more than happy to oblige... it's because she's respectful in her disagreements. Hell, we had what amounted to basically a "staged disagreement" and what happened? I got a warning for sexism, which is still sitting up there, and she wasn't even the one that made the complaint about it. It was RocketMen & Cannon that made the "complaint". She laughed it off cuz she knew it was just a bullshit response to her comment and it was cool; fun... but it turned not fun cuz of actions of other people, and it's always the same people causing me problems. You don't see me getting into it with Dogs or Rebel Storm really, and it's not because they don't post or don't disagree with me either... these folks make it fun to be here because they don't antagonize me even if we don't agree on something. They respect my opinion, even if it differs from there's and they don't belittle me or ridicule me for it either; others do and that's when we get into the problems that we've been having.

lol, in essence, if people are not here very often, you get along great with them. Sorry, but that was just a funny point you made there.
Back on task, though, what are people's thoughts on Rocketmen's tweak?

I just got my 50 posts back and now you're ripping it away from me because of some average taken from what amounts to what's generally the busiest week of the season. That does seem awfully convenient, and I'm just addressing the elephant in the room and the reason this became a discussion in the first place. I never wanted this or for it to be about me, but unfortunately, that's what it's become. I just wanted to move forward without any of this shit, but we're here now... so let's deal with it.

That was a point YOU took from that and chose to twist it for yourself and share it to belittle me again. This was exactly the type shit I was talking about though man... So, thanks for the example.

You're incorrect, it's not points taken from a busy week on the site, those posts average is the average amount of posts you've made PER DAY since you REGISTERED on the site. I hope that makes it more clear to you. As for the other part, I'm discussing the topic of the thread and saw that it detracted from the topic so I ignored it. Let's get this resolved.

I think the major pro to this is it encourages the low-end posters to post more because the point at the end of the tunnel is much closer, and more attainable. I think if I were a lower-poster, that would help give me the incentive to try to post more when I was able to.

That is clear now... up til this point, the numbers you calculated and the numbers that were posted at the beginning of this thread, were for the last 10 days... you said so yourself when they were posted in the Troll Poll thread. So, don't tell me I'm detracting when you're not giving all the information sir.

No, I said that they were calculated to WITHIN 5 to 10 days of registration. I think everyone understood that, but I apologize for you not clearly understanding the concept in full detail. I am glad you now understand and can voice your opinion with all the facts.

I honestly wouldn't have allot to complain about if folks would just leave me alone and not bait me. Take a look at the whole time I was at EA as just "Griswold"... no problems; no fuss. And there were folks that had an idea it was me... but was there a problem? No. There is actually something to that. I'm not always the aggressor, but I will slap you back if you piss me off enough... and folks use that to make it seem like I'm the one picking the fight when usually I'm not.
