get rid of expansion draft

old rule when sandmen started the site was for people to be allowed to pick fighter directly from your team and you had fighters to save as you will, however when that was made there was no point distribution in the league so not only are you losing a fighter but you could be losing the point invested into those fighter.. the solution is either a) get rid of expansion draft as nobody has used it as of yet except through the grape vine this new guy thats going to join, or b) if a upgraded fighter is take the point piut into said fighter and an addditional point goes to the team that fighter was taken from. this just doesn't effect me it effect the whole league. except rocketmen who gives most his good fighter away for project fighters..
