Cris Cyborg defends the Women’s title!
K, so on paper this looks like a “yep, that’s what we figured – no surprise”, and it kind of was, but LaRosa put up a much better fight than these numbers indicate. Well, at least at first. Standing, LaRosa was holding her own, which is why Cyborg took her down and GnPed her. LaRosa would start both rounds with a powerful, effective combo that hurt Cyborg, and resorted her to takedowns. LaTara has some LaTakedown Defence, and maybe she keeps the fight standing, and maybe she does some damage and maybe she wins a round or two then maybe she wins the fight and maybe she wins the women’s title. Maybe.
