Sometimes the unfolding of stats in a fight tell an amazing story. When this started (end of 1st round), Shlemenko was throwing A LOT of punches, but they were wild and his accuracy was at about 30-40%. Shamrock was throwing few, but his accuracy was incredible (100%). So after the first round, Alexander threw A LOT more punches, landed more, but the damage was even, because Shamrock's were precise and technical. As the fight wore on, (and some GnP came into play), Shlemenko started landing more, which made Frank miss more, and dodge less punches. So Alex's accuracy went up, Franks went down. This continued until the end of the fight, and now you see the stats as they finished. Fascinating. A great fight for both guys, and possibly a break-out performance from Shlemenko.

Sometimes the unfolding of stats in a fight tell an amazing story. When this started (end of 1st round), Shlemenko was throwing A LOT of punches, but they were wild and his accuracy was at about 30-40%. Shamrock was throwing few, but his accuracy was incredible (100%). So after the first round, Alexander threw A LOT more punches, landed more, but the damage was even, because Shamrock's were precise and technical. As the fight wore on, (and some GnP came into play), Shlemenko started landing more, which made Frank miss more, and dodge less punches. So Alex's accuracy went up, Franks went down. This continued until the end of the fight, and now you see the stats as they finished. Fascinating. A great fight for both guys, and possibly a break-out performance from Shlemenko.
