Short and to the point. FiD info:
Bec Rawlings (4-9-1) - Her performance was terrible, she needs to turn this around ASAP. She has the core to do something with her career, but she isn't applying herself, or putting forth any effort. As such, we're forced to add Bec to the FiD list.
Julie Kedzie (12-22) - Her record is hurting her a lot right now. We do need to see some improvement, and a gimme win over a half-hearted Bec Rawlings isn't up to her potential. A win's a win, so no FiD this time, but we need to see some more notable improvements in her performance before taking her off the radar.
Alexandra Albu (1-3) - Another poor performance. She's still kinda new. She's on the radar now, and we need to see some improvement from her really soon.
Shogun Rua (30-27) - Shogun's on a 4 fight losing streak. He's fighting high level guys, but we've got to toss him on the radar. That's too much losing and too much neglect to continue to ignore.
Genki Sudo (1-3) - Still a rookie, still safe for now. Performance wasn't as dismal as, say, Albu's.
Josh Koscheck (42-19) - Koscheck's elite, so it hurts that he has hit a 5 fight losing skid. We're gonna give him a small step down in competition, and if he doesn't shape up, he might find his way onto the FiD.
Outside of that, the only thing I really have to add here is wow...that title fight. Didn't see that coming.
That is all for now. Questions, comments, concerns?

Win's a win. That should still take Kedzie off the radar for now. What more do you want? No one in the division, can beat Carano, Kaufman, Cyborg or Rousey except for Carano, Kaufman, Cyborg or Rousey, generally... an improvement is an improvement and whether Rawlings was prepared for the fight or not isn't Kedzie's problem.

Win's a win. That should still take Kedzie off the radar for now. The PresidentIt doesn't. Her overall record is awful and she hasn't had an elite performance in a long, long time. She hasn't had an upgrade in 2 seasons, and needs to get her act together. At 12-22, we've been patient long enough. Now it's time for her to start giving back and upping her game.

If a certain fight club had been allowed to obtain more points over the last number seasons, this wouldn't be an issue at all, but, next season, the game changes on that front... So, until we are able to accumulate the points that this team was designed for in the first place, you're just going to have to be "patient" a little longer, as we have to through the last number of seasons of being restricted. We're currently happy with Kedzie and with this win tonight. Period. So we refute your shitting all over it... She won. Case closed.

The President Kedzie can do what she wishes on her team. But if it comes to a point where she no longer belongs in ManMMA due to lack of effort or quality of fight, she will be released. So yes, as long as we understand that, you are correct. The case is closed.

So yes, as long as we understand that, you are correct. The case is closed. I don't know what fights you've been watching?! Are you certain you're "The President" of this league? Much like fellow team member Jason MacDonald, Julie Kezdie nearly always shows up and puts forth an effort; her win loss record doesn't reflect her heart or desire at all. The only times when you don't get to see it is when she's put up against any of the 4 I mentioned previously because they all KO everyone in 10secs, that's what happens to the other 95% outside of those 4. That's hardly a litmus paper for how good a fighter actually is when we don't see a fight.

The President Perhaps her performance is good enough for the standards of Phoenix Fight Club, but they are not living up to the standards of ManMMA. She remains on the radar. Next question.

So what you're saying is that you'd rather 10 second KOs from shitbox, one-dimensional fighters in every fight than have actual, real fighters in the league... Good to know.

The PresidentDo you deny you have Aspergers? Who said anything about Asperger's? You're the one that would rather have all your league fights be 10 second KOs than actual fights with real fighters, not me.
