Fuch to OOC: It's been days of staring at east and west doors. I think I have time...

Dworkin Too many people aborted our mission to get married, not enough adventuring. Someone heal the injured then open the damned door, lest my spear find your backside! I left good ale and broads aplenty for these riches, now let's gather them and be off.

I'm healed. I open the door. Inside was a dead goblin with a rope around its neck and a "knob-gobblin'" nudie mag on the floor in front of it. Weirdly, it's pants are tied around its shoulders. I am confused.

the game isn't broken.. it sucks cause it is dead now. D&d games die sometimes... playing it properly on paper and with actual dice is a lot better then online.

We tried. No points lost for effort. Is there any way we can make it less "wait and roll the dice" and more "My character does this, how does yours react" with the DM just saying how things react to our actions?
Like, Dworkin kicks a door, in an attempt to break it down.
DM: The door does/does not break
Tom Thumb does/does not follow Dworkin through the door.
DM: As the door closes behind Dworkin, Tom Thumb is approached by 5 aggressive wolves. They move forward to attack.
Tom Thumb tries to defeat the wolves with his machine gun
DM: after a round of ammo, 3 of the 5 wolves are dead, but Tom is out of ammo and the 2 wolves approach. Does Tom a) run, b) attack with another method, c) lie down and die?
Tom Thumb kicks a wolf
DM: 1 wolf dies, The other wolf attacks, doing (damage)
We could do HP, or (damage) could just be like, a specific injury or something. Becomes more of an imagination game less D&D. DM could even use time limits, like this:
DM: As the door closes behind Dworkin, Tom Thumb is approached by 5 aggressive wolves. They move forward to attack. Tom Thumb has 12 hours to react, before the wolves pounce
then if like, no action is done, Tom takes damage.
We could include rules like a limit on words or characters too, so actions aren;t too involved. Call it the Twitter Game. Make character actions 140 characters or less, so its not "Dworkin walks through the door, kicks a rock, takes 3 swigs of ale, pees in the corner, slaps Puck, carries a dead jester to the corner, robs Tom Thumb and inherits a plethora of coin, then eats a cabbage in the corner while watching Star Wars."

I fucking love that idea. I would be willing to be the DM for it as well so that GAP can participate
