Dworkin Be there any brothels along the way? I have a lust-craving and I've used up this entire tavern. *Puck Stares at Dworkin* "No, we go, find treasure, and we come back. Anyone who slows us down... well, they won't be doing that for long."

Dworkin: Be that a threat, Master of Puck? Shall I shred your insides, and harvest them for stew? That might give an inch towards easing my cravings.

Fo: No stops. If we slow down, it takes longer. If it takes longer, we get back later, and that means I get my money later. If you slow us down, I'll be taking a fee out of your wallet, with or without your consent."
Fo then chuckles and holds up Dworkin's coin bag, showing that he had picked his pocket earlier. He tosses it back to Dworkin, not wanting to slow the group down.
Fo: "So let's hit the road. The less time this takes the better."

Dworkin lets the coin bag fall to the ground.
Dworkin To Fo: Fool, look upon the bag more closely and you will see it was not my coin purse you snatched, but your own. Light several coin, of course, from my evening of drunken debauchery.
Drowkin kicks the purse, and pebbles, not coins, come out.
Dworkin laughs.
Dworkin: Fine then, we shall be off, and should I decide to part ways along the way, so be it. Tis a rare tale to hear tell of men more interested in gold than the finer things in life. But then again, not all men are men.

Fo: "Did you really think that I was so ill prepared that I'd make my money bag that accessible? Did you grab a bag off of me? Yes. Was it mine? No. I got that one from a wonderful gnome that I met earlier today. I also have an extra one from a human that walked by a few minutes ago. Feel free to keep the change from the bag. Consider it a gift. Also, here, take this as a gift from me.
Fo tosses Dworkin another coin bag
Fo: "I got that one off of some wealthy looking elf earlier. In case you do end up hitting the brothel, consider the night on me (or the elf in this case). Last I counted, you should be able to sustain the price of quite a few nights of fun. Enjoy it as you choose."

Dworkin: Most delightful! It's a pleasure to meet a fellow who knows the way of the world. I, too, carry my coin purse in the most inaccessible of places. Save, perhaps, the underweight brunette from a fortnight ago. She was a feisty one, let me tell you, ho ho. But I digress, and I give you thanks. Have you time for a pint of ale before we make our leave? It would be on me of course. Or, should I say, the elf. (laughs obnoxiously).

Xerdan: "I think we've *burrrp* had our fair share of ale, so why not shut the blue heavens up, head out and do this adventure for this guy, huh? I want to get out of this place, and quick. *burrrp* Plus, any extra money is good money to me, y'know what I'm saying?"

Thar: I don't believe going out in the middle of the night is such a good idea.. do we have enough torches? Perhaps setting out at first daylight would be better.. it might allow time for you guys to sleep off some of that ale.. I know how non-dwarves can't hold their ale down. Course if you think we will be safe we could still head out.. What are we deciding?
OOC: If You guys want to steal from each other I will need opposed pick pocket roll vs spot checks.

OOC: What categories do those rolls come from?

OOC: Pickpocket is a skill it is based off dex so you get to add your dex modifier but it can only be done trained which means you need to have a rank in pickpocketing before you can do it without getting caught.

OOC: Is the pickpocket skill the same as sleight of hand?

Fuch continues to stand at the doorway for what has now been several hours, watching as his companions try and pick-pocket each other while simultaneously being pick-pocketed. Fuch is confused. He takes one step closer to the table to pick up some of the chairs that have fallen during the random kerfluffle of immediate pick-pocketing, but realizes he too could be pick-pocketed.
Fuch: Well boys, if you haven't noticed, the light of dawn has now reached this inn. Gather yer belongings. It's time we blow this popsicle stand.[/b]
Fuch looks around to see if his companions know what a popsicle is. He wonders what a popsicle is. He now wants a popsicle, whatever it is.

OOC: Yes sleight of hand is pick pocketing... sleight of hand is 3.5 and pick pocket is a 3.0 skill.. sorry about the confusion.
DM: After finishing final preparations in the morning to prepare for the adventure, The party leaves towards the north through the hills into the mountains. Mid afternoon hits when Thar speaks to the party. Thar: Alright guys. This is as far as I go.. just over there is the stronghold. Since I wish to stay safe I will stay here.
DM: The Party walks closer to the stronghold. Before you stands a large 10ft tall section of worked stone, that has been skilfully carved to form a flat vertical surface. At the bottom of this wall is a narrow, cleanly cut, passage, that appears to run into the mountainside for a short distance before opening out into a larger room. Running around the entire rim of the passage entrance is what looks to be runes of some sort, that have been intricately carved into the mountain wall. (anyone who knows dwarven or if someone wants to make a decipher script roll(you must have ranks in it) they will be able to read the runes.)
OOC: At this point let me know if you are reading the runes (if you read dwarven)or trying to decipher script (if you have at least 1 rank in it.) and what you roll. I would also like an initiative roll so I can determine who is doing what first. If you are not reading the runes, then let me know what your character is doing.
