No such thing was said at the time the auction claims were posted, and the rules of the auction clearly stated that as soon as the auction claims were posted then the released fighters were free agents and anyone could pick them up. The sudden change to that and the subsequent wanting "to give dibbs to people who didn't get anything in the auction" is all well and good, but all those teams that didn't get anything should get EQUAL opportunity to get those fighters with another auction not the "first come, first serve" crap... cuz if it was really "first come; first serve" my claim on Fitch should be valid, based on the guidelines of the auction not just folks being online at the time Sandman posted the "Post-Auctions Swaps" and within 1-3mins, everything was gone. That's not fair to the entire league nor is it fair to the teams that weren't given ample opportunity to see what was being done. It effectively came down to Sandman dictating that Cannon & Byron get those fighters by masking it with having himself, me and Bulldozers on the "list" cuz he didn't care about any of those fighters, nor was he going to make a claim on any of them. Cuz honestly, my beef isn't with who got what fighter... I actually wanted Toughill more than Fitch. It simply comes down to the fact that the guidelines of the auction were followed my the members that made claim to these fighters after the auction claims were posted then they were suddenly changed because of a clerical error made by the league, then afterwards, only 2 teams (essentially) were given ample opportunity to obtain those fighters. i already claimed toughill and i was the first one to do so.. Actually Bullies was, as you can see in this thread.

Bullies also acknowledged it might be too early for swaps in his first sentence. Unfortunately, on my time-table, it was.

Well, it should have been mentioned when the auction claims were posted bro cuz the rules of the auction stated that was the point the released fighters became free agents and fair game to grab. Oversight perhaps, but nonetheless, that is what the rules clearly stated.

We went over this before. You get upset if I take too long or overthink things, then you sit and nitpick wording to try to find loopholes and technicalities. You can either be patient and wait for me to do everything perfectly on my own timetable, or you can live with the "well, that is not what is happening" that comes from having a real-world life and less ManMMA time than I would like to make everything perfect.
When you complain about the over-thinking, then complain about the "technically you said ___", that is when I start ignoring you and saying, "I don't care what it said, this is what we are doing".
Make up your mind. You want something done fast, and poorly thought out, or you want it done slowly and correctly. Either way, as Byron said somewhere, you didn't cause this much of a stir when you got Franklin post-auction via swap, but now that someone else got a fighter, you're all over the "where can I find a loophole".
It's not happening, the swaps have been processed, please stop wasting my time, and league time with this. Nothing is being accomplished other than annoyance on both sides

Nothing is being accomplished other than annoyance on both sides There was no "technically" about this, it was crystal clear... but rather than admit it was a mistake, you choose to continue arguing with me about it. Then just as quickly as your cockameme "Post-Auctions Swaps" went up, those "new swaps" were processed. Franklin was a completely different story, because again, that time I waited a day after the auctions closed and no one had claimed him, so I did. In that case the rules of the auctions were followed, in this case, they weren't. There's no loophole, this was an error made by the league, but rather than own up to it and allow teams an actual fair shot at these 2 sought after fighters, you basically handed them to teams on a silver platter. How is that fair or unbias to anyone?

In this case, the rules were not followed, as I had not processed (thus completed) the auction.
Seriously, man, this is old news at this point and its long over. Go do something else.

Then you shouldn't have posted the auction claims bro... But thank you for admitting rules were not followed and this was an error. I don't withdraw my formal protest or grievance on the issue, but admission of error is enough to drop it at this point. Thank you.

Then you shouldn't have posted the auction claims bro... So explain this to me. If I have 2 hours free to do stuff on ManMMA, but have 2.5 hours of work to do, in your mind it's better for me to not do anything at all until I have 2.5 hours available rather (which could be weeks later) than do 2 hours of work now, then the 0.5 when I can? All the while holding up simming, swaps, auctions, etc? #NewLevelofKruzeLogic

Far better is it to wait and ensure the auctions are done right than have this fiasco we're faced with now.

There is no fiasco, just one brain-drunk jack-bastard going on and on and on about how we should halt the whole site for, literally, weeks because he would rather have a particular fighter than let him go to a significantly less jacked team than his own.

Who's the one resorting to name calling now bud? You've already said that the rules weren't followed because of lack of time. You didn't say you needed to process the auctions still, nor that they needed to be in order for the sub-claims to be made, leaving us to think we could make our selections. So perhaps better communication on your part would be a better answer, but it didn't take you a week to get them processed once all this started, so there's no reason to think it would've taken a week to do so otherwise. This isn't just about me, it's about fairness to all the members of the league, not just a select few. Stop trying to make this seem like it's solely about me, cuz it isn't.
