Let me know if it's too early to claim fighters released in the auction I'm sorry, but I'm going to say that it is. I have not yet processed the swaps and have not clearly posted who is and is not released yet. I was going to do this yesterday, but then got sucked into a horribly long personal phone call, then had to get kid into bed, then, etc, etc. It's been one of those weeks. Anyways, I'm holding off on the swaps until I announce and mass-pm the swap option. I have not seen who is available, or if any should be auctioned yet. This is my fault, and I am really sorry, but for now, it's a bit ahead of where I need to be to keep things moving smoothly in my process. ( xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club too)

I think we should hold them off until the draft. @ The Sandmen: Honestly, ^^that^^ would be the fairest way to do this now. I'd accept this.

i think it would be fair to do that closer to end of season but if we in favour of draft leaving fighters out most of the season we should have done that with all the gmae changers. personally i think it makes no sense to leave all them gfood fighters on fa the whole season and prefer the swap and think letting guys who didn win game changers a chance to get better too was a good move. very fair imo

Well The Sandmen, for me, trying to look at this objectively, it's obvious that there's atleast 4 teams ( Lord Byron's Conquistadors, xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club, xx - Camp Cannon & xx - The Broad Street Bullies) that have interest in Fitch and/or Toughill, and with the discrepancies noted with how the guidelines of the auction itself were skewed, the processing of the auction claims being delayed, and taking into account also that both Bullies and myself did wait for 2 days after the auction claims were posted, but also that the fighters in question are still active being they were on the last card, then perhaps a randomized mini-auction for those 2 fighters is best route to keep things fair for all involved. Basically set up similar to the game-changers auctions and each receives a percentage of winning then whoever gets them, gets them and we move on.

however Sandmen made the decision that he wants to give dibbs to people who didn't get anything in the auction. now that they have made their claims the issue is dead. when you guys tried to claim as far as i saw .. you were told that your claims are not allowed at that time as sandmen was working on how he wanted to divide those fighters up. then he announced how it would happen and claims were made and fighters were given away. thus it's done.

No such thing was said at the time the auction claims were posted, and the rules of the auction clearly stated that as soon as the auction claims were posted then the released fighters were free agents and anyone could pick them up. The sudden change to that and the subsequent wanting "to give dibbs to people who didn't get anything in the auction" is all well and good, but all those teams that didn't get anything should get EQUAL opportunity to get those fighters with another auction not the "first come, first serve" crap... cuz if it was really "first come; first serve" my claim on Fitch should be valid, based on the guidelines of the auction not just folks being online at the time Sandman posted the "Post-Auctions Swaps" and within 1-3mins, everything was gone. That's not fair to the entire league nor is it fair to the teams that weren't given ample opportunity to see what was being done. It effectively came down to Sandman dictating that Cannon & Byron get those fighters by masking it with having himself, me and Bulldozers on the "list" cuz he didn't care about any of those fighters, nor was he going to make a claim on any of them. Cuz honestly, my beef isn't with who got what fighter... I actually wanted Toughill more than Fitch. It simply comes down to the fact that the guidelines of the auction were followed my the members that made claim to these fighters after the auction claims were posted then they were suddenly changed because of a clerical error made by the league, then afterwards, only 2 teams (essentially) were given ample opportunity to obtain those fighters.
