Leslie Smith (only because it should be; Katja will likely win because new fighters are coming in better than they are) Which is a very ironic statement, since Leslie Smith came into this league the highest rated female rookie the site has ever had. Like...ever (perhaps excluding the original core of Rousey, Kaufman, Carano, Cyborg, etc...perhaps).

Not really when you consider performance... Whether Smith was the highest rated rookie or not makes no difference... the new women you just made that were on TUF (ie. Markos, etc.) far exceed the performance levels of any raw rookie previously. So no... it's not ironic... it's just a fact when a fighter's overall means virtually nothing in terms of how good or how bad they... just have a look at the capped fighters list and how many of them are consistent winners or consistent champions.

ANd yet, ratings are the only thing I have any control over, thus the only thing I can use to establish where abouts a rookie should be created.
