Night on Broad Street!!!
BKL1000, The owner of The Broad Street Bullies, has come to an agreement with the representatives from ManMMA. This agreement states that The Broad Street Bullies will gain 5% of ManMMA, therefore, they will control 1 event each season. This event will be the 11th of the season.
The deal is much like the deal made by Cor99, owner of Team GrappleMuch. Like Grapplemaina, Night on Broad Street will be a type of The mob vs. The Broad Street Bullies. The mob will consist of fighters from every other ManMMA team.
Now, any questions?

So it's basically a versus except you're taking on one fighter from every team? If that's the case, why not just have 9 cards dedicated to "mob" cards, where each team holds its own versus against every other fight team on the site. That would be 9 MOB cards, 1 GrappleMania, 1 Zenith, and 9 contendership cards formed by Sandmen. This would eliminate the need for versus cards, though each year they can be called versus cards rather than MOB, as it is basically HammerFists Versus 2, and then the next season, HammerFists Versus 3, etc. etc.

GrappleMania was supposed to be a unique yearly show, like Zenith.
I have yet to decide whether it will be a GrappleMuch vs ManMMA theme. But if everyone now wants a yearly event to do that too, then im not going to do it. I'll come up with another theme.

I made GrappleMania because it was a unique idea too. Something that people would look forward too.
Zenith, the grandaddy of em all, followed by GrappleMania, the biggest event to kick off the new season.
I may sound like a whiney ass here, but my event hasn't even happened and people are copying the idea.

Since we started doing season-ending Grand Prix, I am kinda looking to move away from our other "Versus". If that affects anything said here.
I guess I should also clarify the "rules" for these "Team Cards" (GrappleMania and Night on Broad Street), since there kinda are some...
- You need 10-12 fights on the card - You can't use guys that are injured. - You should not use guys that just fought at the most recent ManMMA event - And I think i would like to hold off on title fights for now - it can get fidgey with number 1 contenders and shit
I guess that is all for now. I started writing this up, then got distracted for an hour, then came back and saw i didn;t post it, so now i am posting it without re-reading it, etc, cause i am eating and such. True stories

It's not really copying your idea, since I posted at the beginning people could make their own cards. This is just an extension of that. So everyone wins, regardless.

Yeah create their own cards... Not events. Creating a yearly event was my idea.

I'm fine with cards, I'm fine with Bullies creating cards, but if everything is just a versus, it completely makes the year end tournament moot.

Again, I never said my idea was ManMMA vs My team
Was it an idea? Sure, one that was already copied, along with my idea of a yearly event, my idea of "purchasing" a stake of ManMMA. Heck he just added "one and all" to my title.
I expected people to eventually create more yearly events, it makes the site more interactive rather then just waiting for results. But I didn't expect people to start doing it before my event happened, and I expected people to be more creative and not just steal my whole idea.
No problem with the event, but be more creative, don't steal my ideas

Again, no one stole your idea any more than you stole mine in making an event..
The "idea" is making it annual is not that far off of the Zenith, or Grand Prix ideas, so if we want to start accusing people of stealing people's ideas............

No one knew about the Grand Prix until after my announcement.
Your the bookkeeper, it's sorta expected for their to be atleast one yearly event.
I took the "you can submit me your own fight cards for an event" and made it a whole event, name, and everything. I made it annual. That was my idea, my innovation rather.

I suppose. As much as having Anderson Silva in this league was "my idea, my innovation".

But I don't see how you "ripping off" Zenith makes this "your idea" that Bullies is now allegedly ripping off.
And in the end, does it make GrappleMania any less good? It shouldn't. It's not like either of you are better matchmakers than me (MUAHAHHAHAHAHA), so really, it doesn't affect much.

Again like I said, I'm fine with the event. Its the fact that he took pretty much everything else that was my idea.
