You make it sound like not trusting you is a flaw, lmfao. It is a flaw on your part because I'm a very trustworthy person and honest to a fault sometimes. I don't trust you. But you say you are trustworthy. But I don't trust that because I don't trust you. (Also, you have given me nothing but cause to distrust you, since you make everything on this site personal and you bash me constantly and call my work (simming) bullshit ALL. THE. TIME.)

I'm not making anything personal. However you're twisting it for yourself is what's making it personal to you. What's bullshit is that you've had 14 seasons to have a closer look at the program and how it works than everyone else and won't allow any of the rest of the players on the site to have even a thread of that knowledge; we have to "ask your advice" like we have to put our team into your hands... why? They're our teams and we should be allowed some of the information you have, especially after this long and how long you've reigned atop the league bro. That's the "Sandman bullshit" part I keep referring to. It's not in reference to the work you do for the site or that I think you're cheating, because I don't think you're cheating. I simply think you know the program too well, and rather than have you stop playing, because I enjoy the banter over the fights most of the time, I want to see a leveler playing field in that GMs have/gain the same knowledge you have in order to be able to compete with you... because as it sits right now, we don't exactly have that.

It's not personal. It's incredibly simple.
Administrator should run the site. Currently, he does.
There is no reason for anyone else to be using the sim program. So, no one else has the master files.
Anything beyond that, you are just fabricating drama. The issue is a league one, and as a league issue, the league as ruled it NOT in the league's best interest to 1) waste 5 hours of sim or maintenence time, and 2) not to trust anyone else with the master files.

I'm not fabricating anything nor is it a waste of time if you consider that said admin is talking about the best interests of the league when what's really the best interests of the league is to not make the league look bad by have the simmer at the top of the league nearly every season. We tried your way last off season when you offloaded a bunch of fighters to combat this; it didn't work. This really is the only option left bro. I'm sorry cuz I know you wanted to keep the mystery but at this point, there is no mystery for you and the rest of the league is still fighting for second place every season pretty much. I'm willing to help however I can, even if it means I have to do the leg work myself since you don't want to. You just have to realize that this isn't anything personal, and that I'm actually trying to help you and the league evolve and move forward. Though I will say, that by allowing me to do it, it would also help in taking a step forward in dispelling many of the trust issues you or I seem to have with one another too. There's also that aspect of it as well.

I'm willing to help however I can, even if it means I have to do the leg work myself since you don't want to. Cool. Here's what you can do: 1) Think of a way attributes can be shared with a team without any 1 member seeing or having access to every fighters' stats. (And without costing me a plethora of loathsome time) 2) While you are doing that, drop this epic babble about the old suggestion (and everything related to it) because IT DOES NOT WORK. If you do the first one, you are solving your problem, and if you do the second one, I can stop replying to you and focus on the maintenance work that I have to do (card-posting, a new suggestion coming, and a few out of date board). Those are the things you can do to help the site.

(And without costing me a plethora of loathsome time) That was basically where the screen cap idea stemmed from; load fighter, print screen, paste into PhotoShop, crop, done. It doesn't have to be all pretty or anything either; just as long as it's readable. lol It's far less time consuming than hand-typing out every attribute. Plus, that way, you, yourself, aren't looking at the fighter for any longer than it takes for you to add upgrades as well. Perhaps even allowing each team to choose 1-2 fighters to obtain the attributes for as a test run to see if it makes a difference or not would be an option as well. I mean, even doing only capped fighters wouldn't really be so bad for time, as a start, would it? And, if you did them in sections too rather than all in one sitting, that would also make it less tedious. Even just sending us our capped fighters would be a huge help it terms of the goal of everyone gaining a better understanding of the program better for upgrading all around.

You suggested that already. It still takes time. Load. Print screen. paste. Crop. NOT DONE. Save. Upload to Photobucket. Link. Even then, unless I am using 16 different Photobucket accounts, anyone can see anyone else's fighters once they are uploaded to Photobucket. There is no way to PM attachments directly from your hard drive to inboxes that I am aware of.

.....Seriously....? You want me to do all of the extra shit and then email everyone their information? And you think this is completely reasonable expectations of an administrator of a sim site....
This, what, 2 weeks after you wanted a second women's division and I gave you that, even though it took me 3-4 hours to do, and will cost me about 3 extra minutes per sim? What. A. Guy.
That's pretty much all I have to say about that. Jesus...

No worries, mate. There's no threat of me doing pretty much anything Phoenix asks at this point.
Some pointers:
- HOW you suggest or ask for something matters - How you react when something you request comes into effect matters - How you behave when you lose (or win) matters - How you treat people who spend many hours a day working on a site for you to enjoy matters - How you treat people who volunteer their time to help the site matters
Once these things start being observed a bit more consistently and carefully, we can come back to the suggestion table. But this.... this is just...... yeah.

Can I have an ice cream cone?
WELL CAN I? WHY CAN'T I? JUST GET ME ONE. WHO CARES IF IT TAKES YOU TIME OR COSTS YOU MONEY. IT'S JUST FOR ME. OKAY GIVE EVERYONE ELSE ICE CREAM IF THEY WANT IT. WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY DON'T WANT IT? YOU'RE ABUSING YOUR POWERS BY HOARDING THE ICE CREAM. NO ONE ELSE HAS THE ICE CREAM. EVERYONE TALKS ABOUT WHAT FLAVORS THEY LIKE BUT ONLY YOU KNOW WHAT FLAVOURS MATTER. SHOW US ALL THE FLAVOURS YOU HAVE. FUCK YOU.
TL;DR Above is a summary of the entire argument.

But this.... this is just...... yeah. Maybe you should follow your own checklist here too bud... with the added ones of: - How you treat people, period, matters - How you react and treat people when someone opposes something being suggested, or being forced into effect due to that opposition, matters - How you behave when someone opposes your suggestions matters - How you twist people's words around, and not only mine, to make it sound like something it's not or to suit your own purposes, matters Once these things start being observed a bit more consistently and carefully, then maybe you'll see most of you little "pointers" more abundantly apparent. 'Til then, it's just going to be a vicious circle that will not be solved, because you don't seem to realize that your own behavior perpetuates many of the things you've suggested as pointer here man. You're not exempt from treating people properly just because you spend many hours a day working on a site. I treeat you how you treat me. It's that simple. If you want change, then we both need to change... cuz the onus isn't completely on me here; not by a long shot.

As usual, none of your babble had anything to do with suggestions. That is why you get nothing done, suggestion-wise. You ignore the HOW TO GET THINGS DONE, and just whine and point fingers about things completely unrelated.
Focus on solving your suggestion problem.
