I actually really like Trudeau and think he'd make a great PM, but my big problem with him was the full party vote on Bill C-51 on the basis that they'll "change and ammend it later". That worries me that he'd side with Harper on that, otherwise everything that the Liberals are running on right now are totally in line with my way of thinking at the current time.

A vote is never wasted. The more votes they get, the more funding, the more funding, the more they can do and the more they can do, the more votes they get. NDP was a wasted vote not that long ago. Now they are a viable candidate. Tides change quickly. If jack Layton was still alive I'm positive the NDP would win this upcoming election . This current leader is iffy lol I don't really know what his true intentions are . |

So vote for zombie jack Layton? Too soon still? .... Any politicians true intentions or motives is to use and abuse the system to line their wallets, and to create laws that increase that income while covering it up and making itlook like they are doing good for the ppeople so that they will get voted in again so they can continue to make stupid amounts of money through contributions.
To vote for someone you are looking for the person who will cover up the most and make it look like they are helping the most without blatent abuse of the system.
But really you should vote for the least corrupt person.

It's hard though. Locally I can't vote ndp... And locally I like our liberal but federally o don't want liberal... But locally she's my only small small chance

Where I live it really makes no difference - the old inbred hicks in our area perpetually elect conservatives. Likely even if said conservatives were convicted of child molestation. That's how we are in this area - conservative...and a bit racist.

Harper, because I am pessimistic as fuck. And it's hard to beat a corrupt conservative government when the opposition is splitting the left into three major parties parts and the right only has one.

In the small township my mother lives in they have a mayor. Now this man is a farmer. He raises deer. During his term he was convicted of animal cruelty cause he wouldn't stop starving his deer. As in, he was asked nicely to stop starving his deer, told firmly to stop starving his deer, threatened with legal action if he didn't stop starving his deer and then finally charged because he was starving his deer. At no point did he adequately feed the animals or provide them with adequate clean water. The story is in all the papers. All the local farmers lament his evil stupidity. Re-elections come along... guess who is chosen to be mayor? You got it. Deer Starver.
Incombents have the advantage. The story of the deer starving mayor is the explanation for Harper's soon to be win.

And I vote NDP. So I think we can lighten up and joke about things... Even if the subject of the joke may be classless.
