Part 1) Absolutely NO MORE Harper and the Conservatives. NO ONE should be voting for them after this election shit they are pulling right now. In case you did not know, they intentionally called an election now, as far away from the election time as legally possible, because the Conservative party has more money than any other party. Therefore, they intend to draw out the campaigning for as long as possible so other parties will have a hard time financially campaigning against them.
There is nothing more corrupt to our democratic system then using your wealth and power to keep yourself in office. Basically any voter with a spine and sense of moral outrage should not touch the Conservatives with a 54 foot ballot. Fucking hell.
Part 2) Outside of that, I don't care. I would kind of like to see Trudeau in there because legalizing marijuana makes a lot of damned sense, especially with the economy how it is.
Outside of NOT Harper and pro-marojuana, I don't have strong feelings one way or another about this stupid election.
But seriously, don't reward corruption by voting conservative. It's corrupt and borderline illegal.

Politics is always corrupt . I don't trust the NDP or Liberals to run the country , Harper is coming out with some pretty stupid mandates but I'm sure if he does win it won't be a majority or if he does get it. then no election for 4 years . Justin Trudeau is not ready to be prime minister " budget will balance itself ".
I know I'm quoting the commercial but even then ,politics is a sham.Rich powerful people have HEAVY influence on what goes on in most governments across the world.

I don't really ever care to discuss politics publicly. But I will say this. Using ISIS video files in your promo video is a bad idea.

Also.... Harper has said that he will not fill any empty senate seats- he doesn't believe in the senate and thinks public option is against it and wants to jump on that bandwagon. Problem: he doesn't have a choice. Constitutional law decrees that it is his responsibility to do so, so after spending millions in court costs he eventually will, because he has to. he knows this. He is just saying he won't to be... I don't know what he thinks he's being. but the word 'idiot' comes pretty strongly to mind.

Hmmmm, now there's an interesting question. Would I rather have to deal with more Stephen Harper, or deal with President Donald Trump...? Nah, I think I'm still glad to be Canadian. Harper makes it a ruddy tough choice though.

I don't agree with legalizing pot. So no Trudeau.. I don't believe in being a rich idiot or giving more power to corporations. So no conservatives. So my options are limited but I like the ideas that mulcair has so it is likely he will have my vote.
That being said... I watched the debate and I wasn't sure who won the debate. Each person had good things to say on different topics.. Yet everyone thinks they won.
Above all I don't care who gets elected as long as it isn't Harper.
But everyone get out and vote. In the last provincial election for B.C. it looked like ndp was going to win. But on voting day only 40 something pecent of the province voted. Liberals won. If the rest of the province had voted we wouldn't have the worst excuse for a human running our province.

Well, I am for legalizing pot, and I don't even use it regularly anymore. If you regulate it and sell it like cigarettes & alcohol, as the Liberals propose, the revenue generated from it in taxes would definitely help out our economy, help pull us out of the $90B debt that Harper's saddled us with during his terms as PM and also make it so that it's more affordable for the country to give these tax breaks to the middle class and add to the switch of the richest Canadians paying more taxes. Simply decriminalizing it, as Mulcaire suggests, only continues to same trend of perpetuating the marijuana trade and the trafficking of it within the criminal element.
As you can see, I'm sort of leaning Trudeau, though I have been an NDP voter for many years now. The only thing that's got me super leery was the Libs backing of Bill C-51 under the guise of "We'll make amendments to it later.", which has me wondering why you'd vote it in if it needs amendments and addendums? I dunno.... I think the Liberals won the debate by a narrow margin over the NDP, but I'll be happy with either the Libs or the NDP to be honest.

See I don't like the richer having to pay more taxes. It's like telling people don't get rich or else you're paying more later. I say it should be an average tax that everybody can afford depending on the overall income.
