Team Gorilla Bear
- dethroned the seemingly invincible dos Santos for the HW title
- stuck with a foundation through some bad times and now those guys are paying off (Belfort, Lesnar, Sakuraba - all drastically improving their records this year),
The Broad Street Bullies
- They bully
- they work hard and play hard. Lots of wins on this team (Machida - 10), but lots of losses too (Shamrock/Severn - 7 each).
Team Ramrod
- refused to add new fighters, having faith in his original core
- home of former super-beast Mirko Cro Cop
The Newfoundland Rock
- He's from Newfoundland.
The Minute Men
- ...some solid fighters I guess...
- he's not very active....
- umm...He's a nice guy?
Team Nightmare
- Travis Browne is a force to be reckoned with
- almost upset the LW tournament, with Sam "The Stallion" Stout.
The West Coast Knockouts
- runner-up in season 2 Grand Prix
- legendary season from BJ Penn could land the Knockouts a LW title very soon!
The HammerFists
- won the Season 2 Grand Prix
- constantly changing fighters (for better or worse)
- has a fun personality
Ferocity
- despite a team of slack-jawed yokels, Ferocity, as a team, has the second-best combined winning streak in ManMMA, with a current combined streak of 19 wins.
Team Grapplemuch
- has MW champion (and runner up in the MW tournament)
- constant KOotN threat and HW contender in Rampage at HW
The Sandmen
- finished the season with 2 belts (Women's and LW)
- league leader in fighters combined winning streak of with 21, aided by housing the fighter on longest ManMMA winning streak (8)
Camp Cannon
- held the HW belt for most of the year
- despite legendary hissy fit, still built arguably the best core of HWs in the league
