My alibi is I was not in the vicinity of your points page while I was screen-shotting the posts thread to shut it down for this new point system. It can be verified by my wife, with whom I was watching Bates Motel. Even that aside, the fact that your "case" is built on 1 piece of circumstantian evidence (which you don't even have - you accusing me is not evidence, lol) - means you literally have no case. If it is, I have circumstantial evidence that you are sexually attracted to goats. So now, the onus is on you to prove you have never engaged in intercourse with a goat. See how ridiculous this gets, dude? Was your wife watching you or the show? Thing is that it takes would take very little time to delete the posts off the counter prior to going to take you screen shot. That also is not speculation, it's fact after seeing how fast you're able to do it in previous encounters and being on the site when you've dropped them, and it has been both with and without warning before as well. And it's 2 pieces of evidence actually... 1) The fact that it was dropped to 1 post shy of the point I'd earned already, which proboards wouldn't know the exact number to drop it to; only you. 2) You're the only one on the site that has the capability to add/subtract posts. You had motive due our disagreement over the timeline of which this system was being implemented. You've also demonstrated in that past that you have a vindictive nature and feel people should be punished for what you feel is "defying" you in such instances especially when you've proven wrong but are in denial that you could ever be wrong. You also had the capability and you had the opportunity. That all lines up to you being the prime suspect dude. Not to mention that when you get into these situation, you always come up with some ridiculous counter measure to deflect away from it like you did here. oh the semantics of what constitutes an official suggestion of cheating lol you might not use the word but your "implication" is cheating of some form - in this case, cheating someone out of a point by modifying posts (allegedly). it's like saying that someone killed someone over and over again and the person accused says "i didn't commit murder" and then you saying "who said anything about murder?!" as if that's some sort of sign of accepted guilt lol I'm not saying he's cheating at all Mike. Dropping post counts isn't cheating... there's no direct correlation to the simulator or anything here. If anything, it's pointing out abuse of admin power, which Justin does repeatedly when people don't agree with him or, as I said above, he feels that you're "defying" him. I'm not the only one that's been at the brunt of it either, but I am the most frequent one since our ideas and philosophies differ so drastically. It's not that he's a bad person, but his level of conceit and arrogance clouds his judgement and moral compass more often than not, no matter how intelligent he is, and I got to this see first-hand when I was allegedly staff for that brief time. So when you see me have an objection towards something he does like this, there is an actual reason behind it. I'm not just objecting for the sake of it or because I have some personal vendetta. I saw enough of how he operates to know that not everything he does is completely on the up and up or by the book and that he'll change any procedure or rule that he's put into place himself, on a whim, for his own purposes. He's just clever enough to mask it with "it's for the greater good of the site". He claims I have an obsession with him, but my obsession isn't with him, it's more of an obsession with honesty and fairness, which he does not always subscribe to when he's looking to meet an ends to things and holds double standards for himself as opposed to the rest of the site. That isn't and shouldn't always be the case as an admin, he thinks it is. |

You don't even have evidence anything happened aside from your word. That's the problem. First and foremost you have to PROVE a crime happened. THEN you have to prove someone specific did it. You don't have any evidence of the former, let alone the latter.
And since it never happened, I'm sure I have just as much proof of your goat-porking as you do of my running around changing everyone's posts ON THANKSGIVING WEEKEND, while posting some rule changes. Honestly, lol...get real here guy.

Yeah, Kruzey dude, onus is on you to prove...anything at all. You haven't even proven that anything happened, let alone that I did it.
Now, typically I might have given you the benefit of the doubt, especially in light of the fact that Proboards screwed Bulldoers out of some DOCUMENTYED posts in the recent past. But when you come at the situation making accusations rather then asking questions, you are going about it wrong. And to top THAT off, you also cite about 3 blatant lies in your accusation, destroying your "benefit of the doubt" credibility.
Moral: No, I am not taking your word for the fact that you lost some posts, so no, you will not be getting a free point for no reason. Case closed.
