She resisted the KO by getting a small cut the bullshit ref/doctors/stoppage police didn't like. To be honest, I'm a little surprised this form of bullshit has not happened IRL. But I guess Ronda never faced anyone real before Holm.

Holm just used the right game plan against Rousey. Most of those gals Rousey beat are all legit in their own right. Zingano's more than capable of KO'ing someone like Ronda, it all came down to mental, a little bit of bad luck and too much momentum.

Capable, but didn't and got slaughtered, unfortunately. I would say there's a world of difference between Holm and Cat as well though. At least in stand up.

Have to see the fight to know for certain... championship experience goes to Holm, obviously, from boxing & kickboxing, but they're both fairly equal otherwise IMO, even in stand up. It'd be one helluva fight either way I think though.
