What a GOOD fight. These guys were both doing champion-level stuff here. Cruz was keeping the fight standing, and then he was doing really well on the ground in the GnP position too, even if his accuracy does not reflect the damage he was doing. Aoki fought back with submissions, as we knew he would, and he just happened to lock one of those in for, like I talked about in another fight, the "flash sub??". I would have liked to have seen this go a bit deeper, since this was a great fight and if these guys fought 100 times, I think Cruz would win 50. Or more. These guys are elite, man. Love watching the best fight the best, and I really think Cruz's time is damned soon. Just...got caught", as they say. Damn, this whole card has been good!
