It happens. I'm disappointed in the ref and his corner for not grabbing a towel and giving him a quick wipe-down. Kinda made this seem like a bigger deal than it was.

Obviously someone would clean it up (and well) before the next fight.

Big John answers questions on twitter and he said if someone releases bodily functions (bowels, bladder, vomit, etc), the fight is stopped and a TKO win goes to their opponent. That would be a crumby way to lose a fight.
