Yeah, pretty much that. I don't know when Cannon first signed up, I think it was probably Jan. 20th, but since he had a child-like temper-tantrum and deleted his account at one point, we'll never know. He was, however, present for the first fighter draft, so I'd include him as a founder as well.
But rather than a father, he's more like a bastard half-brother. Call him Norm Snow.
