Yes, absolutely.
You cannot stop people from going just based on special needs, perceived public fear of people who are different, or the possibility someone will make noise. Special needs people are people too and have just as much right to see a show for which they purchased a ticket as anyone else does.
Where do we draw the line? Do I get to say people who giggle too loudly cannot go to a theatre because I don't like gigglers? Or worse yet - popcorn-crunchers? Ban popcorn at the people who eat it from movies because of too much noise? To act like you have more right than someone else to see a show is incredibly arrogant. You are free to leave, and should. If someone is unable to maintain silence due to a disability of some sort, then congrats - you have more freedom than they do, as you are able to simply leave the show to escape the situation. They may not be able to simply stop making noises.

true i heard that someone was trying to get popcorn at the shows banned too, i just hate ppl with spoilers like when went too game of thrones screener

The only spoiler we got from that was from stupid HBO's "Previously on" thing. I didn't overhear any idiots spoiling anything, did you? (no specifics, this is a spoiler-free thread )
