Anderson got taken down by the bigger man and that was absolutely it for him. This does leave the door open to a VERY interesting fight though. Stay tuned. The match-making wheels are rolling.
What I really like about this fight is the way it shows how far ManMMA as a whole has evolved. Anderson was dominant before there were major wrestlers. Now, with the development of wrestlers, his style is no longer as dominant as it once was. It reminds me of the real evolution of MMA, and guys like Royce Gracie. As the world develops and moves forward, styles become obsolete. Anderson is still very good, but he loses to most wrestlers now. The game has evolved.
