Kobold has this amazing ability to shut down her opponent and chip away at them at the same time. As long as she can maintain that pattern, she is able to eek out decisions. But if the fight goes as this one does, and the other fighter is able to get a few good shots in during the shut down, Kobold can lose a decision just as easy. It’s smart fighting, but it won’t gain her a lot of fans. Fans don’t dig decisions. That said, Kheyfets had a great night, fighting twice and winning twice, in two grulling matches.
