hi now that we got a new team i think new team joining should be different rather than picking off my roster which by the time a new teams joins my roster will be capped and since we only get 2 point a week now = waste of my valuable time so abolish new fighter draft system?

Clarify Normand... What exactly do you mean? The "expansion draft" option is at the joining team's discretion as to what they want to do... we have no control over that. If they want to pick fighters off of us, they can, even though we did it differently this time. Not sure what you mean by the "new fighter draft system" though... |

Not everyone does what I did and pick from the existing FAs & Undrafteds... I mean, I would've rather done the expansion format than the "donation" format, myself... but there were enough folks donating. so I followed suit on that one. Atleast with the expansion format, we can protect fighters... I do understand what you're saying, but I do have to disagree with you on this one... because the expansion format would've been better for existing teams than the donation format. |

it doesnt really affect u phx just small teams who have fighter name value n capped fighters where ur teams no names n uncapped cus u have like 50 fuckin ppl

To clarify... 1) There was absolutely no system in place this time. I said a new member was coming and asked for donations. It worked well. Not a single person was forced to do a single thing they didn't want to do. And you all made it very fun and exciting for the new member and I have heard nothing but positive things from him about every member, and all of his new fighters. 2) If you want me to stop actively searching for new members, BE ACTIVE. When the site is busy and active, like The Texas Rattlesnakes is making it right now, I don't have time to recruit new members. But when the site is a desolate wasteland of silence, you're damned right I'll be looking for new life. The activity and buzz is what keeps me motivated to continue investing the daily 2-3 hours of time this site requires of me. |

All teams have well over 10 fighters now, including our new team, the Rattlesnakes. We all made sacrifices with our donations so the guy could have a good competitive team, both of us included, and it was relatively the same as the expansion draft, only in reverse where we chose who we'd be comfortable getting cut as opposed to protecting fighters. I personally prefer the protection method so that it seems more like the new team selects the team themselves rather than Sandman seemingly picking his team. lol I'm sure that didn't happen exactly, the donation method just seem strange to me. |
