Correct me if I am wrong, but I only have two fighters on this card.... I thought the minimum was three? I am not complaining just making sure.

That's what I thought too, as I had only 2 fighters on 2 consecutive cards a card or two ago, and what I was told was because of our larger league numbers, with the addition your team, some teams will only have two fighters, on random cards, to keep the total number of fights, that each team has at the end of the season, relatively even, for the purposes of accurate seeding for the Grand Prix. :-) |

Before you got here, we had 3 fighters per team per card. 12 teams X 3 fighters for 36 fighters (18 fights) per card. Now, there are 13 teams, so we no longer have clean numbers. I can't do 3 per team per card, but I do my best to balance as much as possible, especially over the coarse of a full season. Overall numbers are close, but because of challenges, tournaments, title wins, Zenith, and overall league numbers, I don't think we will ever be at an even, clean number of fights per team by the end of a season. Current season totals (including this card) look somewhat like this: SEASON TOTAL Bullies - 43 Cannon - 44 Bulldozers - 45 Ferocity - 41 Byron - 38 PHX - 45 GAP - 43 Ducks - 37 Rocketmen - 39 Sandmen - 46 Rattlesnakes - 29 Underdogs - 40 Knockouts - 40 ALso, through no fault of anyones, the more balanced your team is (low, medium, high quality fighters in all weight classes) the more fights you get. This is because a team that needs a fight needs an opponent and those are the teams that are most readily available to draw from for said opponent. |
