Epic fight from these two, and an epic come-back win from DJ. Cruz was dominating the early part of this fight, probably the first 3-3 and a half rounds. DJ could not get any efficient damage in. He was doing a good job at not absorbing a lot of damage. Enough to be losing rounds probably 10-8, yes, but not enough to do serious, long-term health-damage. So when he started pouring on the offence in round 4 onward, Cruz had fewer answers and felt DJ's offense. A lot. Finally, DJ's complete game was too much for Cruz, and DJ gets the sub win to take home the LW championship. Good fight.
