Question 1: What is the thought process behind interviewing yourself before interviewing me?

Question 5: why did you choose to ask only 1 or 2 questions in an interview instead of digging deep and keep the interviews longer? Whats your thought process on this?

Answer 1: I just wanted to get my teams interview out of the way. Is that so bad?

Answer 2: I like myself more than everyone, but I don't see him as less of a person than me.

Answer 3: I thought it would be interesting to have short little interviews with everyone. Plus, I'm the interviews are more about what's going on with their team right now in the season.

Answer 5: First of all, I ask more than 1 to 2. I ask maybe 3 or 4, and hope that more questions will branch off answers. Also, I didn't want a ton of questions to branch away from the idea of the interviews. See Answer 3.
