Then instead of making it a fighter-retirement match, why not make it a "loser leaves their team" match. Becomes a draft-eligible free agent, and their team may not re-acquire them for like, 2 full seasons (or ever) or something like that? Problem solved, match matters, and Zenith fight it would be!
