League needs first shot at your team. ALSO, since your team is in last place and Cannon's is not, it is also an inherent advantage you have over him. If you lose, you get first pick at having your fighter back. If he loses, he gets about 8th pick to get one of his fighters back. So you would get your first choice of your former-team, and he would get his 8th choice. Hardly fair. Deal-breakingly fair. It's a non-negotiable stipulation. That's the inherent risk, yes... but You shouldn't be able to tell me, or anyone, who can and can't be picked out of what's available... I don't care what the challenge is... One of us is losing our entire team... Don't be a dick and kill us both right off the hop.

It is not a risk at all, it is a game-changing advantage, and I will not sim with one member having that big of a risk-aversion advantage over the other. It means even if you lose the challenge, you get to keep your favourite fighter, but if he loses, he does not even get to keep one of his top 7 favourite fighters. Yeah, no. Just plain no.
And quality-wise, the difference between a #1 guy and a #8 guy is a champion compared to a guy who doesn't even make your GP line-up.
It is a game-breaking unfair risk advantage you have, and I will not sim with that advantage in place. Period.
Unless you can come up with another way you both have relatively equal opportunity to draft your fighters back, that stipulation remains non-negotiable. You can still draft your fighter before he can draft his, but in the second round, once everyone else has had a shot, thus keeping the risk factor equal for both of you.

You're playing you're admin card cuz you can, not because it's right... There's no "game-changing" BS here... One of us is losing our entire team here... ground zero... no return. And you're saying "Oh well, you can't select your former fighters in the 1st round." ??? Umm.. Fuck You with a cherry on top Justin! A rebuilding team doesn't get to pick the best available? No. You're an idiot...

Kruze. If you lose, you get your favourite fighter back. If he loses, he gets his, like, 8th favourite fighter back.
Game-changing advantage.
No.
Unless you make it if he loses, you guys swap picks. Wanna do that? If it's not that big of an advantage, as you keep saying, you won't mind. Problem solved.

League needs first shot at your team. ALSO, and more importantly, since your team is in last place and Cannon's is not, it is also an inherent advantage you have over him. If you lose, you get first pick at having any fighter you want back from your team. If he loses, he gets about 8th pick to get one of his fighters back. So you would get your first choice from your former-team, and he would get his 8th choice. That is the difference between a game-changer, and a depth fighter. That gives him WAY more to lose than you. Hardly fair. Deal-breakingly unfair, in fact. It's a non-negotiable stipulation.Fine.Then I withdraw my challenge, cuz I'm not dealing with your bullshit either Justin. There's nothing deal breaking over one fucking pick, but you're going to be an ass anyways... just because... Fuck you. Simple. Done.

I solved your problem in a fair way. Unless you make it if he loses, you guys swap picks. Wanna do that? If it's not that big of an advantage, as you keep saying, you won't mind. Problem solved. Mind telling us all why that part is unfair?

I'm going to bed now. You guys continue hammering out details. My issues with the challenge have been mostly resolved I think (if Kruze agrees to the pick-swap stipulation, which, since he liked my post, I am guessing he does).
10 fighters, 2 per weight class was an agreement, or still to be discussed?

Problem solved. Kool. I'll stip on pick swap... but that restriction on picking your former fighters goes bye-bye.

Unless the league has a problem, which they shouldn't since they still get a crack at everyone's second-16th best fighter, I'm good with that. Onto the next things (see above) and once again, I'm off for the "night". (How is it 7:40am, fuck)
