Can I know what is not at the minimum lmao every other stat you have not tried. Brock is an overclocked fighter though, there isn't a lot of room to adjust his build. once 4 stats are at minimum with an 86 fighter, almost every other stat is already maxed out. Are TD and SD maxed?

Honestly, you can go to the gym for 45 mins tops and get a solid workout. Yeah my arms are toned from work, and my fat tends to go right to my thighs, so I have beefy legs and my stomach is kinda getting bigger, but I wanna turn it into muscle and stay around 190. I felt good at that weight. I was sitting at 165-170 and then I got sick and dropped to 140 in like a week, and I couldnt put on weight and my doctors were worried. Girls at my school were saying how lucky I was, and I wanted to die haha Do squats and lunges

Nah, I was 175 at one point and I still didn’t feel good. Still overweight at that, trying to cut right now and then I’ll build up my muscle mass again. If it's lower, it's lower... but in my own experience... Well, we could have different body types. I’m also quite shorter than you haha.

I'm 5'11 and I have weight loss problems, so it's always a big deal for me to gain weight I struggled to stay 180 in my Senior year of high school, but since I graduated I'm up to 205, and I feel great. I feel a little bit chubbier now without sports to keep me in shape, so I need to just hit the gym a bit. Honestly, you can go to the gym for 45 mins tops and get a solid workout.

Ok, find out what you can do. lol I was nearly a roller hockey pro and a pro wrestler after my knee surgery; Took a long time to get there too, but I did it. I'm still good at beer league at my age, but for you... at 5'7, fuck 155... 170-180 should be right IMO. Nah, I was 175 at one point and I still didn’t feel good. Still overweight at that, trying to cut right now and then I’ll build up my muscle mass again.

I said it was MY resting six-pack... lol Just be careful with the weight loss. Find the weight that's comfortable for you... I wouldn't worry about a six-pick TBH. I lost 60lbs. from 240 in 2-3 months once, and I found it was too much. Not just the quick loss, but 180lbs. at 6'2 just wasn't comfortable either. I found I'm most comfortable at between 195-210lbs. for my height. Yeah I’m a big guy haha. I should be in the 150s but I do have a large muscle mass so I should weigh a bit more than the average person at my height. I’m 5’7 so being anything more than 160 is too heavy.
