I haven’t updated this in a while.

I’m done with physio now, shoulder still doesn’t have full rotation back but it’s almost there and the surgeon said it’ll come back with time.

Also, I started going to the gym to get my strength back. Surgeon said my strength is very good from where it started post surgery.

I also decided to lose weight while going to the gym and have gone from 210 lbs down to 188 as of today. Goal is 155 or however low I have to go for a resting six pack.
