It's completely ridiculous of you to even suggest that he hasn't been training at all. lol Bonnar just did exactly that and unlike Brock, he is a UFC hall of famer.

What does Bonnar have to do with anything? You have no real basis to say Brock hasn't been training other than your own speculation, unless you've been stalking him and seeing that he hasn't been training. Stick to the topic bud.

He's too busy trying to stretch out his butt-hole for stamina to fight again without getting proteined anally again.

PHX, you had said it was ridiculous to suggest Brock would take a fight without being in fight-shape. BOnnar just did. Guys do it all the time. And being "in the know" about MMA, you should obviously know that there is "training" and there is traning for an MMA fight. Going to the gym to stay in shape is not MMA training. Brock is not MMA training. Not to mention ring rust, and the fact that he got shredded in the first round in both of his last 2 fights. If he was anyone else, he could very well be cut after that. But again, UFC has become a mockery of a freak show, rather than a legit MMA sporting competition.

They announced today that if Silva beats Diaz, he gets a title shot.

I said nothing about being in "fight-shape"... all I said is that it's ridiculous of you to suggest that he hasn't been training in any MMA at all; being in fight-shape is completely another story. Depending on how disciplined you are, you obviously will train harder and train geared to your next opponent, if you have a fight coming up, but you're delusional if you think that even going to the dojo or the gym and rolling around, sparring, practicing your BJJ, wrestling, or whatever it is that you do with your coaches etc., isn't MMA training. Training is training... regardless of whether you have a fight coming up or not.

Training is training... regardless of whether you have a fight coming up or not. Read an interview. No MMA fighter believes this, and often say the total opposite. These are 3 different worlds we are talking about here. Training for MMA, Training for an upcoming fight, and actually fighting. Many careers die due to long layoffs and ring rust(Dana White reminds fighters of this when they hold out for better contracts).

Many careers die due to long layoffs and ring rust(Dana White reminds fighters of this when they hold out for better contracts). Yah there are those 3 different worlds of training and I'm not disputing that nor am I saying that Brock won't have any ring rust at all if he comes back either. All I'm saying that he's likely been keeping up with a non-fighting training regiment of BJJ, wrestling, etc. to keep his skills as sharp as possible while he's not fighting, at the very least, especially if he planned on returning again; which now is abundantly clear that it has been the thought process and a distinct possibility. So you suggesting that he hasn't been training in any MMA at all during this time is completely absurd unless you have the facts to back it up, which you don't. lol

That sounds like a cheap 80s thriller. Possibly starring Charles Bronson.
